Weekly Workout Recap

I feel pretty good about my workouts this week. I plan to step it up a bit more next week, but with Andrew and Connor starting school this week and with work obligations I still was able to get in good workouts.

Monday- 30 minutes on the elliptical and an hour long Zumba class (was a two-a-day!)

Tuesday- Rest Day

Wednesday- bike, treadmill, kettlebells and core

Thursday- hour long yoga/pilates class

Friday- 30 minutes on the elliptical, dumbbells and core

Saturday- 30 minutes on the stair climber (I misspelled this in a rush when I wrote it on my whiteboard) and a swim
